Mirissa

Mirissa, located in the center of Sri Lanka’s south coast, is a fantastic beach resort that shouldn’t be missed.

It was our favorite location in southern Sri Lanka because of its amazing palm-lined beaches, spectacular sunset spots, and vibrant coastal dining scene. There are so many exciting things to do in Mirissa, from whale watching and surfing to exploring scenic viewpoints. We stayed for three nights, but if we had more time, we could have easily remained for a few more.
